Angry Halloween Stares!

No one wanted their pictures taken today.

The owl gave me a full on exorcist head spin stare on my Halloween owl walk!

Our Halloween themed cat was not excited to have his picture taken either.

Brains!

This is what happens after late nights of astrophotography, early morings surfing and long days making animated films. I was turned into a Surf Zombie!

But his brains are irresistible and I must feed!

Our Micro Panther Playing Fetch

I think our micro panther, also known as Inky, got jealous of his sisters fetching internet fame and decided to show off a little. He doesn't normally play fetch but every once in a while he gets the bug.

Pumpkin Stuff

We haven't carved pumpkins in a long time, maybe 6+ years. We went a little pumpkin crazy this year.


In addition to carving pumpkins we did some fun pumpkin cooking. Don't they look good?

Pistol is just plain old cute snuggling the pumpkin. We are trying to decide if she is a ghost or a skeleton for Halloween.

New 3D Camera!

I have been waiting 25+ years for this camera! It's the Fuji W1 3D and I it rocks my 3D camera world!


Here it is next to my previous stereo camera rig. Much more compact for sure. It has been in my pocket for the past month.


One of the coolest features is the free view (no glasses needed) stereo screen on the back. It's a little hard to see but the screen is stereo 3D in this picture. Click on the image (any image on the blog also) to see it bigger. Maybe that' will help show the stereo screen better. I'll try and get a better picture of it soon.

I was going to do a review of the camera but I'm to lazy right now. Mostly I LOVE IT! It does 3D super good. If you ever wanted a solid stereo 3D point and shoot camera this is it. Kind of expensive, $600, but that is about what my last 3d rig cost and it's not nearly as good in the 3d department. Oh, and it is probably takes at least as good a 2d picture as most point and shoots. You can check out the Fuji site about it here. It also does stereo video! I'll post some up at some point soon.

Boring Cats

Now that we have two kittens I don't think I will be able to prevent self indulgent boring cat posts. Here are two kitten teeth in 3D that Linda found on the floor.
