Found this big moth around 5:30 am when I stopped to get gas on my way to surf the other day.
Shell Moth
It's body was really nice and plump.

I did a little internet research to figure out what kind of moth it is. I think it's a Ceanothus Silk Moth.
Or maybe Shellothus Oil Silk Moth?
I remember Bob Wagner told he once saw a beautiful luna moth while he was getting gas one night at Howard and 25th St. Maybe big pretty moths like to hang out at gas stations?
